Scrapbook Page

What? A scrapbook page? Yes. The first one I have done since October. Go Me.


This is from Adam's 6th birthday. He will be 8 next month. I so don't want him to turn 8! It makes me feel old.

Sorry for the bad picture. Anyone have any super ideas for photographing a 12x12 page? In my dark basement? With no natural light? Anyone?

Companion page and a card

While I had everything out to do the Scrap Challenge this week, I made this page too.



And here is a card. All Pebbles Inc. paper. I have been hoarding it for probably about a year. It feels so good to use it up!

the final layout for 2005. Yep thats right. Finally done. It probably needs some journaling but I figure, my kids know who they are. Good Enough.



And here is a thank you card I made using only stamps. No layers. Act surprised if you get one because I made a bunch!

BamPop Rocks!

I searched all of the local scrapbook stores only to find out NO ONE in Utah carries products from BamPop! I even emailed the company to see if I had missed a store somewhere. Nope. But Jen at BamPop was nice enough to send me some paper and stamps! Totally unnecessary but totally cool. I am now addicted and will have to get the entire collection. If only we didn't need groceries...... Who needs to eat when you have awesome scrapbook supplies, right?

It's all about the cake....

I finally got around to scrapping Owen's first birthday. He loves cake. Who doesn't love cake? Cake is the best. Especially cake with Rainbow Chip frosting. MMmmmmm... cake.....

I did a few more pages. I feel like I might actually be making progress. I'm sure I will never be "caught up" but I'm not sure I want to be either!

Page #1 is our trip to Cascade Springs in June of 2005. That's right 2005. Only 2 full years behind! We had a lot of fun.




Page#2 is our trip to Wyoming for John's graduation.




Page#3 is Adam's graduation from Preschool. They had a little ceremony and everything. So cute!

I painted

I painted on my scrapbook pages! I have never done it before. It was fun. I love how it turned out. I'm sure some people think paint is "so last year" but I don't care. That's what this is all about. Doing what you want.

Play

Kara took Owen to the park in October. I was on a field trip with Adam's class. She took some very cute pictures of him playing!

These are a few of the pages I have done this month. I have really been trying to do 1 crafty thing a day. And at least 1 or 2 scrapbook pages a week. So far I have done pretty well, only missed a few days here and there!

The first page is Adam's first day of Kindergarten.


2nd is Adam's first day of First Grade.











3rd is our family photo from Christmas 2005.










4th is Easter 2005.
