Tissue Holder
I totally should have had this in my purse last night. DH and I went to see Fireproof. Wow. That's pretty much it. Just wow. Honestly I don't even have words to describe how the movie made me feel. But I will say that it was really good. Really.
The box I made myself. It holds a little travel size package of tissues. I just measured all the sides
and messed with it until I got it the way I wanted. I want to make more of these so I suppose I probably should make a template or something.
The paper is more old Chatterbox from my stash. The tissues stamps is CHF. The box closes using a Basic Grey magnetic snap. I only used one side of the snap and put a brad under my tissue image. The prongs from the brad stick to the magnet enough to keep it closed. I know I read that tip online somewhere. But I can't remember where. It's a good way to make those magnets stretch. Especially since it's getting harder for me to find them. :)
Well, that's about it. I've got to go get Adam packed for his sleepover and I still have to finish grocery shopping. I never did get it done. Actually I don't think I ever have the grocery shopping done. It seems there is always something I forget. Regardless of how much I plan! :)
Have a great day, thanks for stopping by!
***ETA*** I made a template/instructions for the tissue holder if you want it. Just click on the picture to enlarge and then right click to save it. Let me know if you have any questions or if you want it in a pdf, I will email it to you.
Thanks!

Oh my! This is just sooo stinkin' creative!
And... what did George think of the movie? I should have warned you about the snot. There's lots of snot involved in seeing Fireproof. Even on the fourth trip. Still snot.
HUGS!
That is cute...I just bought a bundle of tissues (when I was grocery shopping) that were on sale! I knew I could make something with them. I'll be waiting for the template! *wink*
Hey, Dani...what a great idea for this tissue holder! It is way cuter than just putting the package in your purse! Have fun with that shopping! :o)
This is so cute!
So glad you went on a date last night! Alone time with the dh is always refreshing.
Good luck with the grocery shopping thing. I am pretty sure I hate grocery shopping.

Oh my...this is so cute! I am going to have to make some of these! My hubby's family owns a funeral home and I think these would be perfect for the families! Thanks for the tutorial and measurements!
