but my card doesn't! LOL! I thought I'd give the Lunchtime Sketch challenge a try again this week. I wanted to do kind of an edgy, teenage type of card. Not sure if I like it, or if I accomplished what I was going for, but here it is!
I seem to be wanting to push myself and get out of my "box" lately. The patterned paper is Crate Paper Static. The skully stamp is from the Pink Paislee Vintage Pop set and the sentiment is from a set by Inque Boutique. The chipboard piece was in my "chipboard bucket" so I'm not sure where I got it, but I do know the arrow is American Crafts. Pretty simple card, at least it looks that way. It took me freakin' forever to finish it, though! Ah well, it's alright. That's what a challenge is all about, right?! :)
Come back tomorrow for another card from my kit! Plus a little tip on how I made it!
Today(Wednesday) I am babysitting my nephew who is the same age as Owen. So, I probably won't be on the computer much, if at all. I will catch up with you Thursday if I miss you today! Have I mentioned I love being able to schedule posts the night before? Because I do! Otherwise you would have nothing to read today! LOL!

Dani, I think this is definitely a teen looking card. I will have to check out that sentiment because I love the font. Great job on the challenge. I really like how you have the arrow pointing to the sentiment instead of the focal image. Thanks for playing.
This is cool! I don't know why, but I"ve been trying to think outside the box, too. I actually bought a paper pack entitled rock star. Yep. Not a flower anywhere in there. Crazy, I know.
Oh yea, Love your card, too!
