So I broke out my new PTI stamp set Forest Friends and my new curly label punch and came up with this-
The patterned paper is K&Co, the punch is SU! and everything else is PTI.
Pretty easy card, not much to it. I seem to be drawn to clean and simple these days. :)

Love this card. Those colors are so nice. I like the simplicity of it as well. I don't think I've ever seen a mushroom stamp before.
