Buck Up!

So my dad has this saying. "Buck Up Little Camper". Anytime things aren't going your way or you are a bit down, this is what he tells us.

He had surgery last week and I figured what better way to say Get Well?!
I have to be honest. I really don't like this saying. :) And then I caught myself saying it to Adam the other day. Crap. I hate it when I do that! LOL! I guess it's just part of being a parent!

How cute!

You know I always made fun of my mom for going to get her hair cut and then coming home and cutting her hair herself. I just didn't see the point in paying someone to do what you end up doing yourself anyway!

Then about 5 years ago I got a really bad hair cut and there I stood, in the bathroom, scissors in hand, cutting away. I realized I was my mother and I about died!

Your card is terrific!!! and the fact that you used the saying from your Dad is so funny, I find myself doing the same kind of thing and I just have to laugh!
Have a great day!

Hope your Dad is feeling well soon!

Very cute.

And good that you realize that you will turn into your parents whether you want to or not. Admitting it is so much easier than being surprised every time something they would say slips out of your mouth! :O)
