I have been hanging onto this Notations paper forever! I finally broke it out to make this journal. It is kind of a "my life" journal, I guess? I don't know what to call it.
It's broken down into 4 sections-
Remember- quotes, scriptures, excerpts from books, anything I find inspirational.
Grateful- I want to try and write at least 10 things I am grateful for everyday.
Feelings- a place to write down how I am feeling at any given time, good or bad.
Accomplish- Sometimes I feel like I get nothing accomplished in my day. So this will be a place for me to write down all that I do get done. Even if it is only brushing my teeth. :)

And here is the first page. All of the sections have a decorated page similar to this, but it was incredibly difficult to photograph this book. It would not stand up no matter what I did. Grrrr.
Anyway, my hope is that this will help me to have a better attitude. Things have not been easy lately so I would really like to move past that, and focus on what is good in life.
So there you have it. And now I am going to try and get some sleep. Because for some reason, my body thinks it's fun to stay up all night and stare into the dark. In the general direction of the ceiling. Because it's dark and I can't really see the ceiling. But that is where I stare.
